Meet Our Team: Elizabeth Sample
At Sharetec, we’re dedicated to ensuring that our team embodies our bold, powerful, and caring core values to provide you, our customer, with the experience you need to win. Elizabeth, based remotely in Katy, TX, brings all of that—and more—to the Sharetec team as one of our newest Core Services Specialists.
Having worked for a core processor in the past, Elizabeth is an industry veteran, having four years in Client Support for online banking and four and a half years in conversions. Her prior conversion experience and background knowledge will be a springboard for success as she begins to learn the Sharetec system. At Sharetec, Elizabeth will take on the role of a Teller Subject Matter Expert (SME). She will lead the discovery and set up of member-facing parameters and will also be training credit union employees on how to use the system.
Elizabeth thrives in a customer-centric role and loves working and building customer relationships. By delivering top-notch customer service, she believes she can provide Sharetec customers with a bold, powerful, and caring experience.
While scouring the Internet for open positions, she knew she wanted to stay in the “conversion world.” A friend recommended that she look into Sharetec, a move she is glad she made. When asked why she wanted to work with Sharetec, Elizabeth stated, “I love that it is a smaller company…poised for growth…there will be room for personal growth within the company and my talents will be appreciated. All these things made the decision to join the company very easy now, and I am very happy to be part of this team!.”
