Employee Growth: Dawn Gerber
Growth is a pillar of Sharetec, from products to innovations to customers. We also pride ourselves on nurturing, developing, and growing the career paths of our employees. In 2024, one of our tenured associates, Dawn Gerber, grew into a new role: Business Analyst.
Dawn has been part of the Sharetec family for nearly 17 years and has experienced the evolution of the company from four individual VARs to one cohesive unit. During this time, she has witnessed Sharetec’s dedication to providing customers with some of the best and most efficient software products in the marketplace. Throughout her time at Sharetec, Dawn has “…been blessed to be able to work directly with…credit unions and vendors over the years and establish relationships that allow understanding of their needs….”
Dawn has enjoyed working at Sharetec because she wakes up every day and looks forward to the work that she does. When asked what else she enjoys most, Dawn stated, “the knowledge that I work with a collaborative team that is continually driving to develop and improve the best web-based core for our clients…[as it’s] exciting and challenging.”
As a Business Analyst, Dawn will ensure that the existing products meet a specific standard. She will also analyze new products and enhancements, determining which should be designed and implemented for credit unions on Sharetec.
This new role was attractive to Dawn because she wanted to use her already existing implementation and installation knowledge and apply it to the development of products. She’s looking forward to “…the challenges as we continue to make great strides with Sharetec moving forward, adding features that offer our credit unions flexibility and efficiency.”
