This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information we process on behalf of our financial institution clients under separate agreements.

• Any other information you voluntarily include in your message
If you access a client portal or authenticated area of the Site, we collect the credentials and profile information necessary to verify your identity and provide access to those services, including username and role-based access details. Information accessed or processed within client portals is governed by the applicable client agreement between Sharetec and the financial institution, not by this Privacy Policy.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

These include encrypted transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security assessments. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent’s authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome of your appeal.
From time to time, Sharetec may contact you with updates about our products, services, events, and company news that we believe may be of interest to you. If you have provided your contact information through the Site or through your relationship with us, you may receive these communications by email.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any such email or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect your receipt of important administrative or transactional communications related to your account or services.
All personal data collected in connection with marketing communications is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date.
