We were unable to secure workable dates with the venue, and, just as importantly, our teams need to stay focused on completing Velocity upgrades and supporting our credit unions over the coming months.
We know you've invested real time, budget, and planning in this event, and we don't take your support lightly. You've been great partners to us, and we want to make this as straightforward as possible for you.
The next conference is planned for September 12th-15th in Chicago. 2026 registered partners will have first right to their sponsorship level before anything opens to new partners.

Will my sponsorship or exhibitor fee be refunded?
You can apply your full 2026 sponsorship to the 2027 conference in Chicago with added benefits, of one additional booth person and post conference webinar in 20276 or request a full refund. Please let slambert@sharetec.com know your preference by October 15, 2026.
Will my sponsorship benefits carry over to 2027?
Yes. Rolled-over sponsorships will be honored at the same level with equivalent benefits. If a specific benefit doesn't translate to the new venue, we'll work with you on a comparable substitute.
Will Sharetec cover travel, hotel, shipping, or other travel costs?
Sharetec cannot reimburse third-party travel expenses or other travel costs. Most airlines offer travel credits for canceled trips, and we recommend contacting your carrier or travel agent as soon as possible.
Is there another way to reach Sharetec customers before Q2 of 2027?
Yes, we are planning virtual sessions in Q4 of 2026 and Q1 of 2027 now and would welcome your participation. Contact slambert@sharetec.com for more information.
