In this role, you will…

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, security, data management, and custom fields.
  • Engaging with business leaders and stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements, propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality, and implement approved solutions ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy.
  • Set up and maintain integrations with other systems and platforms.
  • Train users on how to use Salesforce and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and data quality.
  • Work with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensuring data integrity, including managing validations, data imports and updates, database de-duping, and data cleanup
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality and make recommendations for improvement.

As a Salesforce Administrator you will:

  • Maintain and administer the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, custom objects, and fields.
  • Design and implement custom solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality through regular data clean-up, de-duplication and backup/recovery processes.
  • Provide user training and support, resolve technical issues and respond to user inquiries.

You should have:

  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge and understanding.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including, but not limited to workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
  • Planning, implementation, and data migration of systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Waco, Texas or Fort Wayne, Indiana; remote work is also a possibility

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
