Lillian Powell Integrated Services Specialist SharetecMeet Our Team: Lilliana Powell

As our credit union customer base grows, we need a team the size of Texas (well, at least fairly big!), and we’ve added Lilliana Powell of Frisco, Texas, as one of our newest Integrated Services Specialists. In this position, Lilliana will focus on debit and credit card program set-ups for conversions and add-on projects.

Lilliana joins Sharetec with industry experience under her belt, having worked at another core software company in client support. In this role, she supported credit unions that used a specific product as their core processor, helping them with day-to-day questions and issues and debit card balancing. She also specialized in implementing digital wallets for credit unions. Her previous experience will help her succeed at Sharetec, as she’s learned firsthand what’s most important to credit unions: providing a seamless experience to each member who comes in. Lilliana can help her credit union customers achieve this goal by providing them with all the necessary tools.

When asked why she wanted to work for Sharetec, Lilliana stated, “Sharetec takes pride in making processes and simple tasks easier for credit unions, which allows them to create more memorable interactions with their members.” That was one thing that stood out to Lilliana. After meeting a few key Sharetec team members, she quickly realized that the Sharetec culture was one that she wanted to be a part of.
