Meet Our Team: Cody Lien
As an innovative, technology-forward core processor, Sharetec is always eager to welcome new IT talent to our team! Our new Device Support Specialist, Cody Lien, has extensive experience, including working with a SaaS company and an Internet Service Provider.
Cody’s past experiences have provided him with insight into the vast amount of tech there is in the world. It has also given him the opportunity to interact with a variety of different people, helping to blossom his customer service skills. “For me, I want to bring the best of both worlds into my current position as a Device Support Specialist, bringing both support to customers and a friendly face as I do so,” Cody exclaimed.
Joining us remotely from Minnesota, Cody’s primary focus is on providing hardware support to Sharetec customers and ensuring cases are documented and delivered to the appropriate place.
