Sharetec captures a 9.26 satisfaction rating out of a possible 10 for 2016, with nearly 25% ranking Sharetec a perfect 10. Dedicated to providing excellent support to customers, Sharetec surveys its customers on an annual basis to measure their level of satisfaction.

LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, one of the fastest growing core systems that offers the technology of simplicity, has announced that BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBST) Employee Credit Union of Chattanooga, Tennessee, has opted to implement the Sharetec core processing solution.

BCBST Employee Credit Union’s decision stemmed from an informational request they submitted through Sharetec.com. They were looking for a complete solution that would enable them to better meet the growing and changing needs of both members and employees. "Our current core system met our needs as a midsized, closed SEG credit union for many years, but recently we received approval to open up membership to an underserved area near our newest branch. We needed to form a partnership with our core processor based on the mutual desire to enhance the financial well-being of our members through new features not currently available. Nick Woodard, President of United Savings Credit Union, comments, "During a planning session, we decided to migrate our Sharetec services from an in house server to the Service Bureau service. With any conversions that are done there is a certain sense of uncertainty of the unknown along with potential disruptions to serving our members.
