LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, core technology made simple, announces the implementation of new software that provides 50% faster service to its clients.

The communication tools within the software dramatically reduce Sharetec’s response time to clients. Prior to the installation of the software, responses averaged eight minutes, but that was cut in half with the new tools, clients are now receiving responses within four minutes from the time an issue is first submitted.

Kari Rager, Chief Solutions Officer at Family Focus FCU comments, "Since Sharetec started using its new support tools, we have been able to email all of our support questions and receive quick responses. We really like the electronic support, it's been a great resource for our staff."

LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, core technology made simple, announces Landmark Credit Union in Danville, IL, has great success using Sharetec’s Easy Saver Program to become "top of wallet" with their members and also to increase Share Draft Account enrollment.

For many years now, Landmark Credit Union has been promoting Sharetec’s Easy Saver Program to members to help increase Share Draft enrollment. With Sharetec’s Easy Saver Program, members can increase their savings with each debit transaction they make. When a purchase is made, their transaction will be rounded to the nearest dollar and the difference is added to their savings account.

"With about 16% of our Share Draft accounts currently enrolled in our program, members are amazed how quickly their account grows just by using their debit card for purchases. It’s fantastic," comments Anna Melecosky, Vice President of Landmark Credit Union.

LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, one of the fastest growing core systems that offers the technology of simplicity, has announced that BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBST) Employee Credit Union of Chattanooga, Tennessee, has opted to implement the Sharetec core processing solution.

BCBST Employee Credit Union’s decision stemmed from an informational request they submitted through Sharetec.com. Sharetec captures a 9.26 satisfaction rating out of a possible 10 for 2016, with nearly 25% ranking Sharetec a perfect 10. Dedicated to providing excellent support to customers, Sharetec surveys its customers on an annual basis to measure their level of satisfaction.

Nick Woodard, President of United Savings Credit Union, comments, "During a planning session, we decided to migrate our Sharetec services from an in house server to the Service Bureau service. With any conversions that are done there is a certain sense of uncertainty of the unknown along with potential disruptions to serving our members.
