Participation in the 2018 Sharetec Users Conference Hits an All-Time High

LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, core technology made simple, announces they will be hosting the 2018 Sharetec Users Conference taking place in San Antonio, TX, from September 17th – 19th, 2018, with more Sharetec Credit Unions to attend than ever before.

Sharetec Credit Unions are given the opportunity to network with other Sharetec users and meet the Sharetec support team. Attendees will participate in workshops and training sessions featuring topics relevant to their needs and interest. They will also meet a variety of business partners and special speakers who will offer insights to help grow memberships and develop business strategies.

Sharetec Service Bureau Offers CUs Ease and Satisfaction

LINO LAKES, MN – Sharetec System, core technology made simple, achieves great success with their Service Bureau platform, providing credit unions an exclusive system that offers ease and satisfaction.

“We have been on Sharetec’s Service Bureau a couple years now and we love it. We do not have an IT department, so it takes a lot of the stress off our shoulders. From a disaster recovery view, our examiners appreciate it as well. I would highly recommended investing in off-line processing. We have had to revert to it on a few occasions because our internet provider was having issues. It allows standard procedures to be done in the event of being offline and batch posting them when we are back up and running,” comments Betsy Rhynes, President of Streator Community Credit Union.

Nick Kessenich, President of Members First Credit Union, comments, “We have been on Sharetec Service Bureau for two years and would not go back. The examiners are a lot happier and we are not nearly as concerned with disaster recovery and all the testing that needs to be done on an in-house system.”

Credit Unions can focus on their memberships and Sharetec will do the heavy lifting. Nick Kessenich continues, “We do not worry when the internet goes down. If it does, we have two laptops that we can connect directly into Sharetec by using the hotspot on our phones for internet service. It is part of our disaster recovery and it works great.”
